Corn Soup Recipe
Cooking Class

This past weekend I started taking cooking classes at Pinot - a French restaurant in Costa Mesa. You get to spend a few hours in the kitchen with the executive chef and he walks you through a three course meal. I had a blast!

We created from scratch a delicious fresh corn soup (see the recipe) followed by an endive pecan salad and finally a sauteed King White Salmon with a zucchini risotto.

Once class is over, you get to sit back in the restaurant and eat the meal!
